Could anyone tell me if the nurses own any Water- or Flying-type Pokémon? Especially ones that can use HMs? Along with how fast they could theoritically go, compared to a Dragonite?

I'd also like to know about alternatives to shoes. Nothing that sticks to the skin, if that's possible.

I would suggest using putting ointment on your feet and then wrapping them in cotton bandages, if you absolutely must. It will still be extremely uncomfortable.

May I ask why exactly you're planning a hospital escape?

I find staying on the same island as a volcano to be too stressful to heal properly.
