Could anyone tell me if the nurses own any Water- or Flying-type Pokémon? Especially ones that can use HMs? Along with how fast they could theoritically go, compared to a Dragonite?

I'd also like to know about alternatives to shoes. Nothing that sticks to the skin, if that's possible.

I have more than enough fliers to take care of that part. Besides, Cinnabar is far from everything. I cannot ask others to try and reach it for such a reason.
