Could anyone tell me if the nurses own any Water- or Flying-type Pokémon? Especially ones that can use HMs? Along with how fast they could theoritically go, compared to a Dragonite?

I'd also like to know about alternatives to shoes. Nothing that sticks to the skin, if that's possible.

I will, but I'd rather not be chased by angry nurses in the process. And even if I ride Pokémon for the next few weeks, I doubt I'll be allowed in public buildings without shoes.
