With the new additions to Goldenrod's catalog, I thought shopping might be a good idea, and it appears my Pokémon agree. Will anyone need something from that list? Some of those items can be rather expensive for newcomers, especially if you've not yet found work. As long as you tell me where you are, I can ask the store to post it to you.

The same thing's happened to me and two others from where I'm from, but we've at least managed to get past it and stick together. Sorry that you guys are spread out like that.

I haven't heard of that happening to anyone else before though.

We might have managed to all travel together, but three of us have been here for months and the rest of them appeared a few weeks ago. That did not help.

That sort of situation would only happen under particular circumstances. Perhaps those circumstances are extremely rare?

Powerless? [Hiro snorts] If there are gods here, they're the ones bringing us here. And there's no such thing as a powerless god. If you think that, they've just succeeded in manipulating you.

If not powerless, then with limits upon the use of their power. All the power in the world means nothing if you cannot use it for the sake of your beliefs. It'd be no better than being simply lacking it.

Why are you so sure they're powerless? The power here could very well be what's dragging us here and stopping our power.

I am far from sure of it, but it is a possibility. I'd simply rather not attack before I know all the details.

That's fine, but it'll take a lot of "details" to explain away dragging us here.

I can listen to people for quite a long time, if needed. They will speak.
