19th moon [video/action]
[The view of route 31 is nice enough. The sun is peeking between the clouds and shining upon the snow, which looks pure and untouched... Except for a small section where a Dratini is attacking every wild Pokémon he sees while a Feebas cheers him on. Luckily, their trainer is feeling too nostalgic to scold them.]
The last Pokémon I caught for myself was Esuna, nearly a month before I first reached this city. It happened not too far from the cave, in fact... But since then, my team has grown through eggs and gifts exclusively. Is it the same for anyone else?
[The camera is still pointing at route 31, but it turns a little toward the south, toward the city that lies beyond route 30.]
I'll leave for Cherrgrove tonight. I'll reach it soon, I promise.
[And the camera turns back to the training Dratini, until the feed times out.]

Pidgeys make good companions. In their last evolution stage, they are tall enough to fly with a human rider on their back.

They grow that large? I suppose that's not unreasonable, but...

Reaching that height will take a few weeks. You'll have an adorable little bird for some time still.

Ah... I think I'll be ready for that by then. I hope that he stops nesting in my hat when he grows up, however.

He should move on to a bigger nest after some time. I doubt your hat will be very comfortable once he becomes larger.

I've started sewing pillows, to keep eggs comfortable. I could make him a bigger one for his nest, if you want.
