They play mean-spirited pranks, not caring that the store's employees will have to clean that up, not thinking about the poor overworked janitors who would rather be at home, safe from the whims of the storm, No, they care only about their amusement, leaving behind snow piles that-]

Would a forest green lipstick look good with my coloring?

I'm not certain such a dark green would match my eyes. Perhaps an emerald green would look better, but I'd still need to buy a matching shirt.

Oh, I've already bought those. One should always buy the essentials before the ornaments.

Wow! You're finished already? Well then, what is the lipstick for? Are you going to a party?

I don't think any parties are planned in the region. But I still need to buy enough to last me a few weeks. I'd rather not have to wear the same mascara for three days, like I did when I arrived. And while I like this headband, wearing the same hair accessory for three months gets boring.

_{[Iris shakes her head.]} No, I don't imagine that would be fun. You're looking at hair accessories too? What sorts of things are you looking at?

Is wearing make-up...enjoyable? I haven't had the pleasure of trying it before. _{[She blushes shyly.]}

Mostly headband, ribbons and hair ties. Beads, perhaps, I've not worn those in a while.

Arranging colors to showcase your eyes or your smile can be quite satisfying. It feels the same as taking the time to wear matching clothes and accessories, really. But you truly have never tried it before? We'll have to change that.

_{[Iris smiles.]} How on earth will you choose? I'm sure they'll all look lovely on you. Have you been working? You seem to have a lot of money to spend, even after buying your Christmas gifts!

No...Dahlia wanted me to wear some when we switched places, but I refused. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to put it on well and mess something up. And no one wears make-up at Hazakura Temple.

I've been working nearly every week since I arrived here. And since I did not spend much before, I can afford a little shopping spree.

Learning how to put it on can take some time, at first. But you end up knowing every single fold on your face, the very shape of your bones, the exact pressure of the pencil. Practicing is important.

Wow! That's amazing. I did a little working in Azalea for a while, but that's about it. What sort of job did you do?

R-Really? That sounds like...an art almost. I'm not sure I'd be very good at that.

I worked in Pokémarts, most of the time. I was starting to get tired of them, to be honest.

You don't need to wear full make-up at all times. A simple eyeshadow can easily bring out your eyes and compliment a blouse.

Oh! That's too bad...I worked at the Local Inn at Azalea. It was nice....cleaning is one of the only things I'm really good at. And if felt nice to help others, even if they didn't know I was helping them really....

Eyeshadow? ..._{[Iris giggles.]} I'm afraid you might have to help me out a little...

I'd try that next, but I'm afraid housework is not amongst my talents. I am too used to having maids.

With a few days of practice, I'm sure you'd be able to learn the basics.

Oh..._{[Iris giggles, trying to imagine Mr. Harvey doing housework.]} Maybe you could be a cook? _{[She vaguely recalls something about sandwiches.....]}

Do you think so? I'll try my very best to learn. Then we can wear make-up together! _{[She gives Cecil a wide smile.]}

Sadly, I can only manage a single type of meal. Everything else is beyond me.

I'll give you all my best tips. We'll quickly find out what looks best on you.

That's too bad. _{[Iris thinks for a second.]} I'm sure there's something you could do! Maybe you could work at the Department Store! _{[Her eyes light up.]} I'm sure you'd be very good at that. You could even work in the make-up section!

It's no problem. I used to help the daughters of my friends, back home.

One or two, depending on how you count. My friend Yang has his Ursula, and the Elder of Mysidia has more or less adopted Porom, but I am more her friend than his, to be honest.

Oh...I see. I...don't know any one who has a daughter. To be honest, all of my real friends are here...in Johto. Sometimes, I wish I would never leave...

But at least one of those friends mentioned meeting you at home in the future, did he not? Don't you want to live through that?

Yes...Larry did..._{[Iris bites her lip.]} I'm not sure. I would love to...but something tells me that our meeting...that something didn't go as planned. He hasn't been very open with too many details....

He might simply be trying not to ruin the surprise. Have you asked him directly about it?
