12th moon [video/action for Burned Tower]

Well, I've finally found a building of historical and mythical significance.

[The video is somewhat dark, but Cecil can be seen, looking attentively at the walls.]

I was unable to visit the matching tower, sadly. But the associated legend is rather interesting. One Pokémon reviving three others... That would take more than the equivalent of a Phoenix Down. Or of a Raise spell.

[He takes a Revive from his pocket and shows it to the camera.]

I also managed to find a few items between all the rocks. Hidden objects and capsules that serve as treasure chests; it almost feels like home. Has anyone found interesting objects on the road?

Are they that different? Well, then, I suppose you'll just have to get something for them that seems to be something they would like. You know them, and I don't, or at least, I'm sure I don't know all of them, so I can't help you much in this regard.

The thing is, I know exactly what all of them might want. But those items are not available in Johto, sadly. So I have to improvise a little.

Weapons. Armor. Battle accessories. Healing items. Pratical gifts, in general. [Sorry, Iris. Weapon collecting comes with the whole JRPG protagonist thing.]

Oh...well, it would be difficult to find such things in Johto. But you can still give them practical gifts like TMs and Potions.

I was thinking about a few Fire-types. With winter's arrival, they can pull double duty as team members and sources of warmth.

The poor things...I do hope they'll be alright. It's not a very good time to have arrived here. Right before Christmas and they're separated from their friends. _{[She looks upset.]} There must be something we can do for them!

Yes I suppose you're right. It feels like I'm close to everyone because I can speak to them through video and yet, we are so far away.

It's fine for us. We are young, and we are healthy. But what about the elderly? The young children?

The technology in the Gears is so advanced. It's so strange that nothing else seems to be that way.

The Pokémon Centers do have impressive medical technology. But it feels like everything even remotely advanced is aimed at Pokémon and their trainers.

...Yes, it's very strange. It seems to be the only thing that really matters here. I wonder why Pokémon are the only creatures celebrated...or for that matter, why they are the only creatures here. There are so many animals at home....

There must be other creatures somewhere. Eating Pokémon is considered a crime, but they still have meat to sell.

They might be mostly domesticated and kept in farms, but that would be bad for the ecosystem.
