12th moon [video/action for Burned Tower]

Well, I've finally found a building of historical and mythical significance.

[The video is somewhat dark, but Cecil can be seen, looking attentively at the walls.]

I was unable to visit the matching tower, sadly. But the associated legend is rather interesting. One Pokémon reviving three others... That would take more than the equivalent of a Phoenix Down. Or of a Raise spell.

[He takes a Revive from his pocket and shows it to the camera.]

I also managed to find a few items between all the rocks. Hidden objects and capsules that serve as treasure chests; it almost feels like home. Has anyone found interesting objects on the road?

The poor things...I do hope they'll be alright. It's not a very good time to have arrived here. Right before Christmas and they're separated from their friends. _{[She looks upset.]} There must be something we can do for them!

We welcome them as warmly as we can, and we offer advice and recommendations. I'm not certain there's anything else we can do.

Yes I suppose you're right. It feels like I'm close to everyone because I can speak to them through video and yet, we are so far away.

If only we had access to our usual modes of transportation, we could do more, but I've seen no airships in Johto.

No...I've seen nothing like that. It's so odd. It's silly to make everyone walk everywhere.

Flying ships. I think a girl I know called them airplanes.

It's fine for us. We are young, and we are healthy. But what about the elderly? The young children?

Airplanes? I've never ridden in one of those before...but I'm sure they would make traveling long distances much easier.

The technology in the Gears is so advanced. It's so strange that nothing else seems to be that way.

The Pokémon Centers do have impressive medical technology. But it feels like everything even remotely advanced is aimed at Pokémon and their trainers.

That's right! It's so odd. Everything seems to be centered around them. I wonder why that is?

It makes sense that they would incorporate Pokémon in their lives, considering their omnipresence. But to that degree?

...Yes, it's very strange. It seems to be the only thing that really matters here. I wonder why Pokémon are the only creatures celebrated...or for that matter, why they are the only creatures here. There are so many animals at home....

There must be other creatures somewhere. Eating Pokémon is considered a crime, but they still have meat to sell.

That's true...but where could they be? I haven't seen a creature like that since I've been here. Have you?

They might be mostly domesticated and kept in farms, but that would be bad for the ecosystem.

But that's alright. If there were too many animals running around, it would be bad.

I'd say there are too many Ratattas around, but still. You have a point.

_{[Iris giggles.]} Ratattas aren't too bad. Bikini didn't seem to mind them, and neither did Dollie.

It didn't have the time to. It ran when I started shouting and the innkeeper started screaming. I think we woke it up.

So was the couch's cushion. It would have been safer there.

...Well, I suppose so. But a boot might be a better hiding place.
