[So. Cecil woke up thanks to a strange flash of light, only to find an unknown Pokémon in his room.  How did he react? Why, by inviting it to a picnic and making as many sandwiches as he could, of course!

Well, actually he blinked, froze, stared, almost shouted, decided against it, reached for his sword, remembered he didn't have his sword, cursed his lack of a sword, realized the monster was still there, stared some more, asked if said monster was hoping to eat him, felt quite relieved when it shook its head, stood up, looked outside, saw all the strange people and Pokémon in the street, decided he was hallucinating, woke his Pokémon up, got dressed, smiled, and finally decided to invite the amused Pokémon to a picnic. But who cares about the details?]

And here we were, wondering what would happen this month. At least the colors are not eye-searing, this time. Would you like another ham and lettuce sandwich, Miss Cresselia?

He is. From what she says, the two of them are good friends. I heard he was also in this world, before I arrived.

He was, a little. But he seemed quite happy with his candy bars.

As far as I know. She might simply not share all the details with an older man like me. Any female teenage friend would know more details.

The young friend is old enough to have reached the highest peaks of black magic potential, and to have been a key player in the rescue of my world. In other words, he's five years old.

No, no. I'm sure you're right, Mr. Harvey. Either she does not want to speak of it or they really are just friends which would be a shame. Cloud is the only boy my husband approves of...it would be a shame if she wasn't more than just friend with him.

Amazing! A boy being able to have such magical power are really rare to hear of. The only magician I've heard to reach such potential is Merlin the Wizard.

My, such high standards for his little girl. Yet all of her male friends seem like very nice young men. I know for a fact that Leon is.

Merlin the Wizard? I've not heard of him. But Palom is a prodigy in black magic, while his twin sister Porom is just as talented at white magic. Together, they are stronger than any mage in my world.
