...Why...
Does it matter? This world is unworthy of us. It has no crystals. It is below the notice of Baron's order.
Not again... How could I...
How could you? How could you not! This world has stolen us from our home! It has taken us from our vengeance!
Then again, those beasts might be helpful in retaking the crystals once we return to Baron. It is our duty to acquire as many as we can.
We don't need them! They are just as useless as the rest of them! As useless as the rest of you! Only I have the strenght to do what we must! Only I truly exist!
I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to. Please, you have to believe me!
There is no point in apologies. They betrayed us, did they not? Our own son, turning against us. He deserves no less than death.
They abandoned us, did they not? Brother and Kain both! Even Ceodore and Rosa chose them over us. They must pay for this!
I don't want to hurt them! I never wanted to hurt anyone! I never meant to kill-
But you did.
Ceodore! Rosa! Kain! Brother! Everyone! Please, forgive me! I never wished for this to happen once more!
...I'm sorry...
((Cecil is hallucinating his destruction of Mist and Mysidia, being possessed and forced to help destroy his world, and his darkness taking over his body to kill everyone he loves. At the same time. So he sees Cherrygrove as a corpse-covered burning ruin, and he keeps switching between the three modes. Replies will come from whichever side of him is out at the moment.))

[Voice]
[OOC: Eventual action since he's still in town?]
[Voice]
Firion, run. Stay away from the City. If you come close, you'll die like the rest of them. So please, get away from here.
Or stay. Wouldn't a quick, painless death at my hand be kinder than waiting for the end of this world?
((Sure!))
[Voice]
No, I will not run! [He's opening the door from his room to go look for Cecil now.] Cecil, where are you?!
[Voice]
Oh, but do mind the corpse. Some of them might not be quite dead yet.
[Voice --> Action]
[He's outside and... doesn't see any corpse. Eventually, he makes it to the PokeMart and finds Cecil. It was a drastic change from the man he saw earlier but he wasn't sure what to do. Was this what had changed him before?]
Cecil?
[Action]
Firion? Why are you here!? If you stay, they'll-
[And then everything changes: his body language, his tone of voice, his expression...]
Now, don't listen to him. Why would we hurt you? Your help might be quite useful in achieving our goals. Besides, you have never betrayed us, have you?
[And once more...]
Have you?
[Action]
[He took an involuntary step back when Cecil's entire demeanor changes. He can't exactly tell if it was for the worse but it wasn't exactly for the better either.]
N-No, I have not.
[Action]
Even shells such as you could prove useful, in this land.
[Action]
[Wait, "shells"?]
What do you mean by "shell"?
[Action]
[He looks like he wants to say more, but...]
We attacked our own friends! We helped bring our world to the edge of destrutions! That is not the face of justice!
[His look of anguish is replaced by something dark and cold.]
What is there to misunderstand? A person's true self is lessened by the shell that contains it, and the light that is imposed on it. Only I, who have been freed from the body that caged me, am truly myself.
[Action]
This is not your true self! The light is a part of you, it does not cage you.
[He is starting to get the idea that Cecil is not in complete control. But that led to the questions of: Who was?]
Who are you?
[Action]
[Have you ever heard someone speak in three voices at the same time? Because Cecil is somehow doing it now.]
We are Cecil! We are the sides of us we always keep hidden!
We are the side that hated and hated even as we pretended to forgive!
We are the side that was weak enough to be taken by the darkness!
We are the side that regretted killing but still obeyed orders, even when we knew they were wrong!
For years we were suppressed, repressed. But now we are free once more!
[Action]
No! Cecil, you are stronger than this, I know you are!
[This couldn't be just the darkness, could it? Cecil knew how to control both darkness and light! He remembered! But this was anything but control.]
Darkness is a part of everyone. But I remember, you said it yourself, you can make darkness into hallowed light. How could someone like that have so much hatred? So much anger?
Please, Cecil!
[Action] (1/3)
Would you like to hear a story, Firion? Let's see. Once upon a time, a boy named Theodor lived with his father Kluya and his mother Cecilia in a little village. The family was very happy, for they loved each other and were expecting another child. But tragedy struck. A mob of inferior humans murdered Kluya out of fear of his magic, and the shock of it killed Cecilia in childbirth. What did Theodor do with the newborn child, you ask? Did he take care of him, as any brother should have? No! He took the baby and left him in the forest to die!
[Action] (2/3)
[Action] (3/3)
Is that man not right to hate the world? Is that man not right to hate himself?
[Action]
[He had no idea who "she" was and he couldn't exactly understand what she had done. All he could do was try to calm Cecil as best he could. But he simply didn't know what to do.]
Everyone has the right to hate the world or themselves or both... but it takes someone stronger to rise above the hatred and the evil. I know you are strong, Cecil! You rose above those hardships, you can do it again! Light, Squall, Zidane, and I, we all believe in you. Don't let the darkness and the hatred take control.
[He shook his head, stepping closer.]
Please, Cecil, take courage! I know you can.
[Action]
[He shakes his head. Talking about all of this must have done something for him, because now he looks less angry and more confused.]
I want... to be that man again...
I want... to be myself again...
[Action]
Do you remember what I told you about the Wild Rose?
[Tentatively, he rests a hand on Cecil's shoulder.]
And you can be that man again. I know you can. But you need to believe it yourself. You cannot simply want it.
You have to believe!
[Just like his dream.]
[Action]
[He averts his eyes. It's too much, he can't...]
That girl... She made me attack my friends... She made me kill my own soldiers... She made me fight against Ceodore and Kain and Rosa and Cid and Edward... They cannot believe in me anymore. I cannot believe in me anymore.
[Action]
[This is breaking his heart, to see his friend like this.]
Cecil, they can and will believe in you again. I know they will. They are your friends! Even here, on this unknown world, you have friends who believe in you.
[Action]
But as long as I'm here, I can't... Even if you four are here with me...
[Action]
[He actually wanted to smack Cecil. Why couldn't the man see that he had loved ones nearby, to help him through this troubled time until he could go home?]
In time, you will go home and you will defeat that girl!
[Action]
Do you think... that they'll let me apologize... until I feel I don't have to anymore? Even if I do so over and over again?
...I still need to grow stronger, don't I.
Strong enough to go home... strong enough to protect them...
[Action]
[He sighs softly. Okay, seriously, time for a bro-hug.]
[Action]
.........How strange........
I feel like the darkness could take over my soul again at any time, and yet...
I think I feel... like myself again...
[He might be crying. Just a little.]
Being able to use both light and darkness, together... Somehow, I'd forgotten...
[Action]
[He gives a smile]
But now you remember, yes? You have the power to turn darkness to hallowed light.
[Action]
[So does he. As a matter of fact, his face seems to have actual expressions now.]
I did it, a long time ago. So did Kain, and Brother... And now I shall do it once more.
[Action] *wibbleface*
Good. Now... perhaps we should go back inside?
[Action]
[He stops and looks around.]
No, there are no flames, are there. Illusions?

We should check the in first, then. Light should be there, at the very least.
