If anyone has found themselves in Cianwood and wishes to leave, Kayne still has some room on his back. We leave from the beach in two hours.

[Geez, someone is in a charming mood today. He's currently around the beach, watching a Dragonite, a Swablu and a Delibird fly around while a Milotic and a Gyarados are swimming.

...Which might very well explain his behavior, actually.]

I do. Seventeen years old, recently join the kingdom's army. They grow up so fast.

Thirty-eight and either two or six months, depending on how you count time here.

Huh, here I was deducing you were in your late 20s instead.

... What do you mean by that?

Many people think that, unless they come from my world. I suppose this means good things for my old age.

My birthday is in March, but I arrived in Johto about two months and a half before I was to turn thirty-eight. Thus if we count by the time I've spent living, I'm four months older than the dates say.

You look pretty young, so I didn't expect it.

Huh. I see, that does make sense then. Dates here are pretty weird though, so I don't really think on it.

Everyone I know in this world comes from seventeen years in the past, from my point of you. So you could say I had no choice but tho think about it all.

It certainly gave everyone else a shock, at first.

I'm not surprised. I don't think that's something most people would just brush off.

France mentioned that some of his friends come from hundreds of years in the past.

[... Wait, wut.] Hundreds of--- Does he mean friends he met here?

Friends from his world. He has quite a few of them, in fact.

What? But... how? [Oh, he's not unfamiliar with living for a few hundred years, but it's the first time he's heard someone else ~~except for a certain few people he doesn't like~~ live that long.]

They apparently represent countries. Most strong countries could live a few hundred years easily, I suppose.

[... Oh right, China mentioned something like that.] Guardian deities. I didn't know he was one of them at all.

They seem to be commonplace in his world, but I've to admit that I'd never heard of such beings before.

I've heard stories, but I didn't really think they'd be well... so human. Or maybe it's just this place...

They do seem like perfectly normal people, until they start talking about being able to feel their rivers and citizens.

I was thinking that might have been normal since they were deities, but it does sound pretty weird.

Then again, not being able to feel them in this world must be even stranger for them.

I wouldn't be surprised. It's taking them out of what's familiar to them, after all.

That's everyone's situation at the moment, is it not?
