[The view of route 31 is nice enough. The sun is peeking between the clouds and shining upon the snow, which looks pure and untouched... Except for a small section where a Dratini is attacking every wild Pokémon he sees while a Feebas cheers him on. Luckily, their trainer is feeling too nostalgic to scold them.]

The last Pokémon I caught for myself was Esuna, nearly a month before I first reached this city. It happened not too far from the cave, in fact... But since then, my team has grown through eggs and gifts exclusively. Is it the same for anyone else?

[The camera is still pointing at route 31, but it turns a little toward the south, toward the city that lies beyond route 30.]

I'll leave for Cherrgrove tonight. I'll reach it soon, I promise.

[And the camera turns back to the training Dratini, until the feed times out.]

He's very impatient, but I'll try to wait. He's much too active now. If he was a Arcanine, I can't imagine the damage he would cause!

Evolution tends to groud them a little. I doubt he'll cause as much damage as you fear.

I did, luckily. And now Avenger has become the strongest member of my team.

I am, though the first few days were rather trying.
