[The feed shows a Cleffa, a Shuppet and a Metapod watching the thuderstorm from the safety of the Pokémon Center. Their trainer is nowhere to be seen. Until he speaks.]

Has anyone... read stories about people they've met here? People that are from different worlds, I mean.

[The Pokégear is picked up, and brought closer to the window.]

Or- Or maybe you started talking with someone, and you realized that your worlds had many details in common, too many for it to be a coincidence.

[The video is finally turned toward Cecil, who looks deeply thoughtful but somewhat hesitant. He opens his mouth but stops, before he finally decides to speak.]

I think... Maybe our worlds are all connected, somehow. Maybe there is a specific reason we were all... Forget this. I'm overthinking things.

...sorta. I mean, there's a lot of different worlds out there.

So many worlds out there, some so alike, some so different... Have you heard of similarities between yours and others', Roxas?

[There's a pause as Roxas fumbles for words. He been to a lot of worlds]

Sometimes, yeah. I lived in a lo- a pretty quiet town so I guess some people can relate.

[That was a bit suspicious, but Cecil doesn't pry. Everyone has things they don't want to talk about.]

A quiet town? I wish I could relate to that. It sounds much more peaceful than my kingdom. Do they have great accomodations for tourists? [Not that he could actually visit, but still.]

Why? Are there problems?

I think so. It's been a while since I was there.

Castle politics are always problematic. You'd think generosity was a mortal sin, if you heard some of those nobles talk. Of course, the planet-eating moon doesn't help either.

A while? How long has it been since you were brought here?

I guess this month makes it five months.

The latest threat to my world. It almost makes me miss the 'world domination' type of evil. At least with those we know how to stop it.

Five months, without seeing your home... Such a terrible sadness it must bring.

Yeah, seems pretty straightforward with them.

Not really. I like being here. Things were...there was...I just don't really want to go back. [The truth about Twilight Town and all that still kind of stings]

Less worries about the long term effects on the environment.

I do want someone to show up though.

They might. All sorts of people seems to appear, and they do so quite regularly. Maybe you'll see them again soon.

They've been here before, so I'm sure they'll come back.

Were they here for a long time?

[Roxas shakes his head]

Not really. Namine left and came back, she's disappeared again. Axel was only here for a short time.

New people show up often, but it seems that others leave just as much. Why drag us here, only to send us right back home?

I don't get it either.

Whoever does this must enjoy seeing us suffer.

Yeah. Maybe.

If someone is actually responsible for this. For all we know, it could be the doing of the world itself.

I haven't really thought about it. But, I think it's alright for us to be here. I mean, there has to be a reason.

Hopefully, it is a good reason.

I think it must be. If we're supposed to go on these journeys and make friends with pokemon.

By helping them grow stronger, we also become stronger. Perhaps we were brought here for our own sakes?
