[The feed shows a Cleffa, a Shuppet and a Metapod watching the thuderstorm from the safety of the Pokémon Center. Their trainer is nowhere to be seen. Until he speaks.]

Has anyone... read stories about people they've met here? People that are from different worlds, I mean.

[The Pokégear is picked up, and brought closer to the window.]

Or- Or maybe you started talking with someone, and you realized that your worlds had many details in common, too many for it to be a coincidence.

[The video is finally turned toward Cecil, who looks deeply thoughtful but somewhat hesitant. He opens his mouth but stops, before he finally decides to speak.]

I think... Maybe our worlds are all connected, somehow. Maybe there is a specific reason we were all... Forget this. I'm overthinking things.

[He ends the feed.]

Why us? Why those who already left? Why those who will follow us? I doubt the choice is random. ...I hope it isn't. [Because if it is, less chance of family coming to visit.]

Maybe someone, somewhere out there, knows something. I cant tell anything for sure.

A young man I talked to mentioned a woman with psychic powers named Sabrina who might be able to tell us something, but the city she lives in does not appear on the map. For all we know, she lived a hundred years ago, or she might not even be born yet. His world can only see parts of other people's worlds, and there is no way to tell what year it is.

He can see other worlds? [Yep, that's what Hope zeroes in on, because that's really something to hear.]

Did he mention how he did it? Or... his name maybe?

He could see mine, at the very least. Through something called a 'videogame', which is like reading a historical novel on a screen, but with images. [Cecil sucks at technology.] ...And I completely forgot to ask for his name. What happened to my manners?

[Kaito said something about that too, that videogame thing.] Like a TV show maybe?

['Cause that's all he knows.

Sighs about the lack of name.] Well, if he knows something, I'll get to talk to him sooner or later, right?

TV show? Like the news that appear on those screens in people's houses? Apparently they need one of those.

He's hard to miss. He's new, he knows a lot about many Pokémon and he smiles a lot. Oh, and he stares at people he recognizes. [It gets less strange after a while, thankfully.]

He stares?

[Hope's not comfy with that. He's been stared at a lot.]

Well, he did it because he recognized me. I doubt he does that to everybody. [Hopefully not.]

Hope not...

Besides, he seems nice enough to stop staring if you ask.

[Breathes a sigh of relief.] That's all right.

I'm not so used to being stared at.]

However, hearing a complete stranger talk about your past actions feels a bit strange, even after a while.

It's privacy, I guess. Everything you've been doing is being watched by someone you don't know...

[He knows the feeling though. It's creepy.]

Perhaps I should have asked him how many people have access to these 'games'. What if someone else shows up with that sort of knowledge?

There's someone named Kaito I talk to sometimes. He mentioned video games when we first met.

Has he? I should ask him about that the next time Rosie and his Aipom decide to chat.

You know him too?

I do. Cleffa and I ended up talking to Aipom once, and... Well, let's just say we'll have to meet directly at some point. Rosie does have a gift to give him, and she's been working hard on it.

[Curious as he is, he wont pry.]

Well, if anything... I think he'd give you some answers. He seems to know a few things.
