A mysterious egg the first year. An object from home the second. An egg, once again, the third.

[Said egg, that of a Castform, is pretty much all that can be seen on the screen, along with Cecil's hands carefully examining it.]

Could that be the start of a pattern, somehow? It makes me wonder what our mysterious gift-giver is thinking.

[His hands still for a few seconds.]

Last time was a Feebas. I hope this surprise will be just as nice.

That wouldn't be a problem! My friend's a mechanic, y'know -- a genius at that -- so he'd figure something out for sure!

[He makes a thoughtful pause, his enthusiasm getting weaker.]

... Though the materials are probably outta reach, huh...

Since airships are mostly built out of metal and wood, Steel- and Grass-types might be able to find proper materials in mountain caves and forests. Obtaining the necessary tools would be trickier.

Seriously? It's that simple?

[He imagined some out-of-this-world magical crystals being necessary to power it or something...]

Oh yeah, that too. ... Guess we'll need to stick to Flying Pokémon for a while, then.

You'd also need fuel and turbines and sails, of course, but I suspect they'd be easier to obtain. Those cars the officers use have to be powered by something, after all. Still, buying meals to feed our flyers remains the easiest method for now.

[Well, if they had the magical crystals they could build a spaceship instead...]

Probably! 'Sides, it's better this way; you'd be putting me outta business with those airships, after all!

That'd be quite unfair of me indeed. However, surely the view would be worth it? Or the opportunity to pilot one yourself?

Heh, interesting! I kinda like having stable income, but tell ya what: if you ever get one of 'em here, I'll try that!
