It appears I'll have to watch more than one pair of my Pokémon closely, from now on.

[In the foreground, four Swablu eggs, resting on handmade pillows. In the background, one Altaria and one Dragonite, arguing as ever. In the middle, one Cecil Harvey, sighing.]

The eggs will hatch into Swablus, and I sell them for P1500. If you add in P100, you'll even receive a handmade self-warming egg pillow. To those of you who bought some from me previously, I assure you that the stitches are even, this time.

[The argument in the background becomes louder and louder as he speaks. Another sigh from him.]

...A nice, peaceful vacation in Mahogany or Blackthorn sounds better and better by the minute, I swear.

I don't doubt that. This world is too full of surprises.

One day, perhaps you'll suddenly find an egg on your pillow. Those are usually the best surprises we receive.

I heard about those. It would be very nice to receive one.

It would really be nice to have one as lovely as your swablus.

It could easily happen. The eggs we receive are often Pokémon that are not native to Johto, such as Swablu. I've not yet heard of anyone receiving a Pidgey or a Caterpie.

I think a Pidgey and a caterpie would be cute too.

My Esuna was certainly quite lovely when she was a young Caterpie. Yet everyone who raises one seems to be catching them. I've not heard of anyone offering those eggs.

Well... I still wouldn't mind.

And speaking of catching, I really should start catching as well.

Have you thought about what sort of Pokémon you'd like to catch? Some types cannot be found easily, sadly.

I did give it some thought...

And I really want to catch a Water Type first.

Have already bought a fishing rod? It'd be the easiest way... Though you can find some interesting species if you are willing to swim. I once found a Staryu near Cherrygrove.

I have never seen one before. But it does sound interesting.

Staryus are starfish, as the name imply. They tend to be rather hard to find, but their beauty is quite worth it.

I don't mind trying. I will try looking for one before we leave for Violet. Thank you, Mister Harvey.

That's a very good habit to develop, until your Pokémon become stronger.

Besides, travelling as a group has more advantages than inconvenients.

Yes. It does. And traveling is always fun when you have someone with you.

Indeed. I've been blessed with large travelling groups in this world, and I've never regretted it.

Not that much. I have a tendency to drag them all over Johto.
