[Today's Cecil-cam comes from a very familiar location: Ecruteak City, ladies and gentlemen! It took some time, but he's finally returned!]

Rydia, Rosa, Tifa, we've reached Ecruteak. Would it be better if I waited until tomorrow morning to move the Sudowoodo, or would you rather have me do so as soon as possible? Both are fine with me. Though it might be somewhat too late, if you need to walk up to it...

...Has anyone found any of the Warrior of Light's Pokémon? I've not heard from them, be it before or after I reached the city.

[His voice makes it quite clear that he was not expecting to hear anything from the Warrior of Light himself.]

She's as dependable as the person after whom she was named. She used to remind me every day that the potions went on the third shelf from the right, when I first started working at the Cherrygrove Pokémart.

White magic would be very handy, but I suppose I'll have to manage without it.

Esuna would certainly eliminate quite a few items from our bags. And between Sight and Libra, our need for the Pokégear would be greatly reduced.

It's hard to believe that this world has gotten along so well without magic at all...

It must be because they've had centuries to compensate for it. Creating machines that freeze food to replace Blizzard, those small portable lighters to replace Fire...

I wonder if we could use such creations back home? They are incredible...

It'd be possible, if we could find a way to generate electricity reliably without Thunder spells. Cid would be more likely to know how to do so.
