With the new additions to Goldenrod's catalog, I thought shopping might be a good idea, and it appears my Pokémon agree. Will anyone need something from that list? Some of those items can be rather expensive for newcomers, especially if you've not yet found work. As long as you tell me where you are, I can ask the store to post it to you.

[If he survives the yelling Poképile, that is.]

It is, especially since she dislikes most of the Pokémon.

That's a shame, since they're such fascinating creatures. Isn't there even one that she likes?

She seemed to like my Meganium, but that might be because she was named after her.

Not at all, other than their kind hearts.

Mm, I think it's that sort of thinking that makes it admirable.

...Still, I am glad I can take care of her, at least. One should enjoy the time spent with children as children, before they grow too old for bedtime stories.

One cannot grow too old for bedtime stories, but one's pride can, sadly.

Pride, the eternal foe against the perfectly innocuous bedtime stories. Sounds like the stuff of legends -- maybe someone should write a poem about it.

Rhymes would be easy enough to find, at any rate, though 'story' and 'history' would be too easy.
