The warrior's frown only deepens. Whatever Kain's attack was, it meant something to him, even if he can't remember why. It's something important. Something necessary. He wants to defend this to Cecil, but he doesn't know why, or even what he's really defending.

[Cecil would rather not think about Kain attacking anyone. Because that would mean his mind was taken again, and thinking such thoughts would be unkind to his brother.
