83rd moon [video]
[The Gear turns on to offer a side view of Cecil's right forearm mixing something in a bowl. He makes a few pleased noises before deciding to speak.]
A word of advice, for trainers and breeders both old and new.
[He finally moves the Gear so that it faces him, and holy hell what is that mass of purple and pink and blue tentacles moving around behind his back.]
Try to acquire a Tangrowth, a Cradily or an Omastar. They can be trained to give excellent massages, with some patience.
[And with some tolerance for slimy appendages wriggling around like a particularly lively Malboro.]

Uh, not answerin' your question on this, but uh...
I think there's somethin' wiggling on your back.
[video]
[He says that with a beaming smile, as if it was a perfectly normal and desired situation.]
video;
[Hi Cecil, don't mind this girl bugging you again.]
Just got a Tangela myself, she's still just a baby but that'd be totally awesome if I could get her to learn that. Bet it'd feel amazing.
[And just because her curiosity is strong.]
Whatcha makin' there?
video;
[A few cries of agreement come from behind him. Looks like they agree.]
Blissey egg omelette. A classic, though it'd be even tastier for breakfast.
video;
[Which reminds her, she doesn't exactly know when or how Tangela even evolves. She's pretty sure it couldn't back in her old games, but there's a lot of new pokemon who weren't in her games.]
Omelettes are awesome no matter what time a day, no question. An' you know how she would evolve? I"m kinda new at some of these babies.
video;
[Even if he doesn't have to deal with hours of paperwork here.]
Malboro evolved around level 40, apparently after learning AncientPower. But you might be able to speed the process up if you find an alternate way to teach her that attack.
video;
How strong are Tangrowth?
video;
[That earns him a light slap, but the massage continues right after that.]
video;
[ A consideration to her team make up! She watches the slap. Massages sound good right about now... She rolls her arm. ]
[video]
[What is wrong with you, good sir?!]
So the things you named? They're... just crawlin' all over ya like that?
[video]
It might look like random crawling, but I can assure you my back has not felt so relaxed in quite a long time. They know what they're doing.
[...But it's still tentacles.]
video;
[That particular comment must have pleased Malboro, because he peeks around Cecil's shoulder and offers a wave.]

video;
Definitely one of the best pieces of advice I've gotten since I arrived here. Not much can beat a good massage.

I'll see what I can do about finding a Tangela. [And she'll be looking that one up later for more info.]
video;
That other region, right? I haven't even gotten my first badge from Johto, yet.
video;
You chose not to take the boat, then? It's a relatively recent option, but many newcomers appear to appreciate it.
video;
[That might not be a good thing.]
Good luck with that. I'd tell you where I found him, but I'm afraid I cannot remember.
video;
[Maybe not, but Kairi will look on the bright side of things.]
Thanks! It's okay, though... I'm sure if I can't find one on my own, my friends can help me. [A pause.] Ah, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Kairi.
video;
[Ah, those long gone days of travel groups and old friends here with him...]
video;
And apparently, I had been here once before, though I don't really remember it. So there are a lot of people in this world that already knew of me and considered me a friend, even though I didn't know them anymore. It's a little frustrating, because I know I disappointed them by not remembering.
video;
[And sometimes people disappeared before that could happen.]
It happens. Some people come to stay, others leave and return over and over again... But I've no doubt the happiness that comes with seeing you outweights the disappointment from your lack of memories.
video;
[ Have to be responsible with the things she has! She can't just. Throw most of it in one go. ]
Once I'm more secure in funds, I could visit Kanto.
video;
[Unless one gets that nice little cruise ticket, but considering that involves visiting all Gyms in both regions...]
It has quite lovely landmarks and cities. Visiting Mt. Moon at night is particularly worth the journey, especially if you reach the square during a full moon.
video;
video;
I've visited every town and nearly every cave and route in both Johto and Kanto. Perhaps not as long as some of them deserve, but I could still appreciate their beauty.
video;
[Eee, the saddest part.]
I hope that's the case. A lot of people did seem happy to see me... except for one. He just looked really sad... so I hope he's okay.
video;
How long have you been here...?
video;
[Hopefully not longer than it took to actually reach her.]
Has he spoken to you since then? If he's upset because you do not recall good times spent together, creating new memories might help.
video;
video;
[She's patient enough.]
No, unfortunately he hasn't. I hope I get a chance to talk to him again soon and make things better.
video;
How so?
video;
video;
[He seems more amused than anything else, though.]
You could always try calling him, if you have his number. Perhaps he'd appreciate the gesture.
video;

video;
You know, that might not be a bad idea. I'll give that a shot... I think I have his number somewhere around here.
video;
[And not just while still boys, either.]
Even if you do not, someone must have it. It should be simple enough to obtain.
