[Johto, Kanto, today you get an overhead view of a mass of white hair.

Well, no, that's not quite right. You get an overhead view of a mass of white hair that has been previously vomited on by a Skittles factory. Seriously, there are enough beads in there to cover decently an exotic dancer, with colors that clash so much they could blind design students. The worst part? Two Gardevoirs can partially be seen, working on the beads, and they're still adding more.]

How does it look? The girls refuse to let me see the results until they're completely done.

A few worlds do, including mine. But they are only a handful amongst all the lands represented here.

Huh, never figured that different worlds would have the same critters on 'em. Would be nice ta meet some others that have similar creatures...

Yeah, been talkin' ta some people and their worlds seem really different.

A surprising amount of them have no wild monsters at all. It's even stranger than thinking about worlds that have no Chocobos or Eidolons. But even between worlds that have those, the technology levels can be surprisingly different.

Eh, none at all? Must be a borin' kinda life.

Yeah, so I've heard. Just talkin' ta some people here... so much is different. Thought my world was pretty up on its tech, but now I ain't so sure.

Does it somewhat compare to the local level, at least? Mine does not have technologies that this land takes for granted, such as electricity. Arriving here was a bit of a shock.
