It depends on the color. Those pink ones are Cleffas and Happinies, I think the blueish-green one is a Tangela, the green ones with those red spots are Ralts...

However, it appears that mammals do hatch from eggs here, and that they can breed beyond their species. Take the Ralts; their mothers resemble strange women wearing white dresses, but their father is an animated ghost plush toy.
