[The feed shows a wall. A nice, plain white wall. One that is partially hidden by a Clefable, a Banette and a Delibird holding paint brushes, but still. It even shows a part of the floor, or at least it would if said floor was not covered by a newspaper. Avenger is busying himself with a bottle of blue paint and a saucer, while Rosie and Tellah are thoughtfully considering the different brush sizes.

Let it not be said that Cecil's Pokémon do not possess an excellent work ethic.

It's a shame his sudden shouts in the background sound too angry to appreciate it, really.]

[There is a snicker. And on the video, a face of a sneasel pops up. Then, a guy with slit eyes ]

[Upon hearing a snicker and a voice, Cecil shoves himself into the feed.]

...It appears my Pokémon are showing others how to act improperly. I apologize.

That they do. Goodness knows Avenger was even worse when I first caught him.

[The Banette cackles in the background.]

He's a Banette, the evolution of Shuppet. There was a wave of them, some time ago.

[Avenger shoves his head back in the image, cackling the whole time.]

That is to be expected. Even those of us who have spent more than a year here still do not understand it all. Have you arrived recently?

I know. This whole world is quite strange and rather unstable. Yet it is a pleasant land.

Different from war. Much different.
I could close my eyes, and not think of danger.

Danger rarely finds us here, unless we look for it. There have been a few unpleasant incidents, yet they are few and quite spread out.

So this serene feeling...is genuine.

It is. All that is asked of you is that you and your Pokémon enjoy yourselves together. Everything else is secondary.

I arrived here over a year ago, in August. I've spent most of my time since then travelling with friends, training my team and working to feed everyone. It's a simple life, compared to how I usually live.
