This is Johto. It's a region in another world. For some reason, people are being brought here against their wills to train Pokémon, which are creatures that serve as both their monsters and their Eidolons. New arrivals are sent on a journey to defeat eight particularly strong trainers, which should hopefully allow us to go home.
