...That might be it. They have the technology to do it. Pokéballs can teleport themselves if a seventh Pokémon is caught; why not everything else?

It is. It has a good range, and it isn't very taxing. It's rather helphul when exploring caves.

That would be very helpful. I couldn't do anything like that back home. Then again, I don't know where I would teleport to! Hazakura was my home, and I knew of little else.
