[Cecil can seen, standing in the middle of a Pokémart. A Pokémart that is not Violet's. He's supposed to be in Violet. Why isn't he in Violet?]

Mahogany has what is quite possibly the worst selection of souvenirs I've even seen, and that includes the one time when Palom wanted me to choose between a pig and a toad who turned out to be his classmates.

[Why is he in Mahogany? Well, obviously for the badge. How did he even get there? You'd be surprised by the flying speed of a Dragonite. When did he get there? ...Really, really surprised.]

Rosa, Rydia, Kain. Would you rather receive a candy bar, a postcard, or a pair of Magikarp-shaped earrings? Or a fishing rod. They seem to love their fishing rods.

[He starts looking around with little interest in his eyes.]

I'd offer to bring back dinner instead, but by the time I return to Violet it'll certainly be cold. Please don't wait for me if I take too long.

Which is why quite a few people are lucky I can share it. HMs can be reused as many times as we wish.

So as long as somebody's beaten that Falkner guy and knows somebody with that HM-thing, they're good to go?

Exactly! ...As long as they have a Flying-type who can learn it, of course.

Prima'd be able to learn that, right?

She'll have no trouble with it. Mist has learned it with ease, after all.

That's definitely good to know.

However, she might not be able to bring many passengers along.

I wouldn't expect one bird to carry a buncha people, considering how heavy that'd be.

...A group of children, perhaps...?

Guess there's that, too. Does anyone know for sure what kinda weight these birds can handle?

The nurses might have an idea. They seem to know much about very obscure subjects.

I'll ask about it then. Would be nice to know what Prima can handle, down the line.

Probably much more than either of us can imagine. They tend to do that.

Right. As rough as it was, it could've been worse.

Then again, most are less vicious than the manikins were. I've also never heard of a Pokémon killing anyone, deliberately or accidentally.

That's true, but I wouldn't want them crossing paths with manikins either.

The result would certainly be bloody.

Yeah, we weren't doing all that great. There were so many manikins all over the place.

There were many in my time, but not enough to be overwhelming. We had more trouble with Chaos' warriors themselves.

Last I saw, there were tons of 'em all over the place. We barely had time to take a breather.

Someone must have thinned their numbers at some point. Who could it be?
